Karlup Aboriginal Corporation has been successful in securing an Aboriginal Family Safety grant from the Department of Communities to deliver “Ni Birdiya Waangkiny – Listen Bosses Talking” – which will develop a City of Swan based Elders Panel, provide capacity building to Aboriginal Men, Women and children regarding FDV services and training available, codesign of an approach to place based conflict resolution in the City of Swan for families and the codesign an on country healing program for Aboriginal Men and Boys.
